Regarding Shipping
For Shipping we urge our customers to enter correct shipping address while making their account. If in any case their address is changed then they should contact us at support@sigmacircuits.in.
After receiving the design files, our design team will inspect the design and if approved the customers will get the payment link via email.
Lead time for every order will be 8-10days after the payment is processed. Orders are typically delivered within 10 business days. If in any case the customer needs an urgent delivery then they have to contact us at support@sigmacircuits.in and if feasible we shall process the order accordingly.
The orders will be shipped on or before the mentioned shipping date. After the payment is done a “lead time” and “Expected Shipping date” option will be seen in the customer’s “my account>orders” page. If in any case the projected delivery date is not fulfilled, the customer will be notified for that on their emails or contact numbers.
Regarding Payment
For PCB manufacturing process the customer does not have to do the payment while placing any order. Our manufacturing process is different and due to that we have to check the design files prior to start manufacturing. For that reason there is NO “place order” button on our website for PCB manufacturing. The customer after signing up with the website can upload the design files by going to “upload files” tab on the top Menu bar.
Signed in customer’s email address is automatically fetched in the upload form and they just need to enter their contact number for any further communication if arises due to some design issues in their designs or any other technical know how.
The file format supported is .zip only. Customers are notified while uploading the files also. After successful submission, they are notified with a message on screen that their data is received and will be reviewed by us.
Once the data is reviewed and complies to our manufacturing requirements, we create an order for that customer and that order is sent to them via email and that order is also visible in their “my account” page.
The order details are mentioned in that order along with lead time and expected shipping dates.
Instant Quote Calculator
The instant quote calculator is provided for the convenience of our customers. They can simply type in their board dimensions and can instantly get a quote for their order query. The amount shown there will be the final amount charged by us after accepting their design files. If somehow the design is changed afterwards and sent to us again via email or other means, or if there is a change in the quantity, or selection of the board type or finishing changes, then the final amount is subject to change, and the customer will be informed accordingly.
The Tax rates are always subject to change as per government rules and regulations.
