All the products designed and developed by us hold a warantee for 1 year against any manufacturing defects. The same shall be mentioned in the product details page and along with the order details also.
Warranty On Printed Circuit Boards
It should be noted that we in any case will not be responsible if the circuit is not giving the desired results as it is desinged by the customer and we have only manufactured it using the design files provided by the customer. Our assurance will remain only for the accurate manufacturing of the PCB as per the design having no Open Tracks or any other artifact.
Acceptance of CAD designs
We have the right to discard the designs uploaded by our customers which do not comply with our manufacturing requirements. In this case the customers shall be notified on their emails and contact nos. And if they agree to resolve the errors in the design, we can then open a conversation with them to re-upload their designs via support emails.
